Solutions
BenPlus
Our pension administration solution is highly configurable with certified and built-in modules that are shared across our client base. This allows us to configure the solution for clients primarily through parameters. The setup of the system is done by pension and business analysts versus software developers.
TaskNet
Our case management tool forms the basis of collaboration, efficiency, and quality control of our services, and is used to authenticate each participant call, track each interaction, maintain notes, create follow-up tasks, and keep track of open cases.
Retirement planner
Allows members to get a comprehensive look at their retirement and determine if they are on pace to meet their retirement goal. In addition to their defined benefit plan, it allows members to model using other financial assets owned (either registered or unregistered) as well as projected revenues from Old Age Security (OAS) and the Canada Pension Plan (CPP). The results show the annual retirement benefits payable in each year broken down by the different sources, as well as the accumulation of personal savings during the employee’s career and the decrease of these savings after retirement.
Intellicus
Our ad-hoc reporting tool can be used by administrators and plan sponsors to support strategic, informed, and timely decisions with regards to defined benefit plan administration. All of our member solutions are mobile-ready to connect with a tablet or a phone.
