Buck’s UK business marks successful first year with 11% revenue growth

London, UK – January 22, 2020Buck, a leading consulting, technology, and administration services firm specialising in pensions and employee benefits, is proud to announce the success of its first full year as a standalone business with year-on-year revenue growth of 11% in the U.K. Each of its four business lines have made a positive contribution to this double-digit growth.

Buck has seen a strong demand for its services across retirement, investment consulting, pensions administration, and employee benefits with 36 new clients won over the course of 2019, including BASF, Visa (U.K.), Tokio Marine Kiln, and WCF. Clients consistently cited innovative technology solutions and superior member experience as reasons Buck was selected.

Substantial market changes were seen in 2019, particularly in the pensions sector. With multiple regulations coming into effect including the need for pension schemes to equalise their GMP benefits, the CMA’s legally-binding Order on fiduciary and investment management, and The Pensions Regulator’s governance guidelines, Buck has been at the forefront of driving innovation and developing solutions to help clients deal with these changes effectively.
