Buck’s U.K. and European headcount grew by almost 7% in 2021 to reach 780, while demand for Buck’s pensions administration service grew by 16%. The company also announces the opening of new flagship offices in London and Manchester in 2022.

LONDON, February 8, 2022 – Buck, an integrated HR, pensions, and employee benefits consulting, technology, and administration services firm has today announced its third consecutive year of strong growth, after 2021 saw year-on-year revenue growth of 11% across its U.K. and European activities. This included high single digits organic growth and an uplift from the acquisition of communication firms Concert, a Buck company at the end of 2020, and Caburn Hope in 2021.

The company also achieved an industry-leading global Net Promoter Score® of 61, a level of client satisfaction that puts it among the most elite brands in the world.

Buck, which increased its headcount in the U.K. and Europe by almost 7% over the year to 780, has continued to see a strong demand for its pensions administration services (16% increase) as a result of both data journey plan project work and new business wins, including DS Smith, Emerson, and Dun & Bradstreet. 2021 also saw Buck awarded the title of Third-Party Administrator of the Year at the U.K. Pensions Awards; and progress continues apace into 2022 with the recent first-time outsourcing appointment by Nationwide, going live in March 2022, coinciding with the launch of Orion+, Buck’s new pensions administration, technology, and communications single solution.

Buck’s innovative technology has also been a key reason for new appointments across the organisation, including very strong demand for its employee technology solution, Delta+™, and the continued success of its GMP equalisation solution, Square™.

Coincident with the confirmation of the company’s continued growth, Buck has announced the opening of new flagship offices in both London and Manchester in 2022. The new locations reinforce Buck’s commitment to office-based working, in-person collaboration, mentoring, and teamwork as part of its new global hybrid working model.

David Piltz, U.K. Managing Director at Buck, commented:
“2021 has been another very strong year for Buck, built on our foundations of high-quality services to our clients and proactive, user-centric services to their employees and members, all backed by leading technology, innovation, and communications.
