Buck wins Workplace Savings and Benefits Initiative of the Year at WSB Awards 2022

Buck has been recognised for its outstanding Delta+ benefits offering for both employers and employees

LONDON, 21 October 2022 – Buck, a leading consulting, technology, and administration services firm specialising in pensions and employee benefits, has been presented with the Workplace Savings and Benefits Initiative of the Year category at this year’s Workplace Savings and Benefits (WSB) Awards in recognition of its client technology proposition, Delta+.

The category rewards the consultant or provider which has implemented the most significant workplace benefits initiative to support employers and employees over the past year. Buck was awarded the accolade following the successful launch of its benefits platform, Delta+, which serves both the needs of the employer and employee through three pillars: Employee engagement, scalable administration, and advanced analytics.

Buck launched Delta+ in the U.K. in April 2021, consolidating its existing benefits and reward management programmes and providing more comprehensive data analytics and insight for employers. The platform also enables companies to onboard new employees quickly and seamlessly, removing administrative burdens and streamlining processes for HR departments.

With clients across the engineering, retail, financial services, and consulting sectors, and in multiple geographies, it’s expected that the number of employers participating in Delta+ will more than double over the next 12 months.

John Deacon, Head of Employee Benefits Consulting at Buck in the U.K., comments:

“After a huge transition for many companies switching to remote working, it has been hard for employers to really understand which benefits employees really value, especially when communicating without that familiar face-to-face interaction.

“We are immensely proud of the work we have put into Delta+ in helping employers gain important insights into what their employees really want from their workplace benefits package, streamlining access for staff members, and offering employees an engaging interface through which to manage their benefits. We’re delighted to have our commitment to improving employee engagement, productivity, and efficiency recognised by this award, and we are looking forward to continuing to provide expertise to our clients through Delta+.”
