Ipsos MORI scoops hat-trick at the 2020 Employee Benefits Awards, including coveted Grand Prix prize

Ipsos MORI also picked up wins in the Best DC Pensions Strategy and Best Mental Health Strategy categories, after being nominated by Buck

LONDON, December 18, 2020 – Buck, an integrated HR and benefits consulting, technology, and administration services firm, announced that its client, Ipsos MORI, a leading market research company, won three awards in this year’s Employee Benefits Awards.

The awards celebrate businesses with the most innovative benefit strategies and recognise inspiring teams and outstanding individuals across the employee benefits industry.

Ipsos MORI was presented with the Grand Prix prize, the highest accolade at the awards, after also winning in the Best DC Pensions Strategy and Best Mental Health Strategy categories. With an underlying objective of increasing member engagement, Buck worked with Ipsos MORI to review, improve, and relaunch its DC pension arrangements whilst significantly improving value for members.

Buck also helped develop Ipsos MORI’s mental health strategy through the implementation of best-practice interventions and policies to help promote positive wellbeing in the workplace. The team took a holistic approach to reviewing the insured benefits, introducing programmes such as employee panel discussions and wellbeing fortnights focusing on resilience, nutrition and mental health, as well as organised walks.

Michaela O’Reilly at Ipsos MORI, comments:
“It’s fantastic to have been recognised at the Employee Benefits Awards and our success is testament to the commitment and hard work of the team that ensures our employees feel they have the support and resources they need. Working with Buck has been key to implementing these new programmes and, importantly, doing so in a way that’s been entirely straightforward and easy for everyone to engage with. The response from everyone here at Ipsos MORI has been overwhelmingly positive throughout the process.”

John Deacon, Head of Employee Benefits at Buck in the U.K., comments:
“We’re very proud of the work we’ve done with Ipsos MORI to produce clear and effective pension and mental health strategies. These areas are vital cornerstones of any employee wellbeing programme and the award wins reflect both Ipsos MORI’s and Buck’s commitment to delivering on the social contract Ipsos MORI has established with its people. We’re looking forward to continuing to work together to help them reach their goals for both employee wellbeing and savings outcomes.”
