Wake-up to Workplace Wellbeing Month in September

Just back from summer holidays? Did you know that there are fewer than 125 days until Christmas? What better time to take stock of you current wellbeing programmes or to put one in place?

This is why we’ve decided to declare September as “Wake-up to Workplace Wellbeing Month” in the UK.  It also coincides with the recent release of our Global Wellness Survey results which show that more and more companies have or are thinking of implementing a wellbeing programme in the workplace.

To help raise awareness and to support organisations with this challenge, we’ve identified some of the most crucial areas of employee wellbeing. We are recommending simple steps to keep wellness programmes fresh and employees happy and engaged, as well as to tackle the serious issues of stress and depression. Each week we focus on a different area and provide useful tips and information. There is also a competition with the prize of a one month free pass to any Nuffield Health Club in the UK. In week four, you’ll find us at the Employee Benefits Live event in London, where we will be talking about the impact of mental health to businesses.
