NEW YORK, Feb. 29, 2024 – In recognition of her work helping employers develop and implement equitable HR and benefits programs, Leah Reynolds, a Principal in the Engagement Practice at Buck, an integrated HR, pensions, and benefits consulting firm, and a Gallagher company, has been recognized as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Champion in Ragan’s Top Women in Communications Awards, Class of 2024.
Ragan’s Top Women in Communications Awards honor women who have demonstrated exceptional skills, creativity, and leadership in the communications industry.
An internal communications consultant, Reynolds has been selected for her leadership and innovative initiatives designed to support marginalized employee populations. Most notably, she spearheaded the creation of Buck, a Gallagher company’s DE&I Center of Excellence that brings together consultants from the company’s Health, Wealth, Career, and Engagement practices to help organizations incorporate DE&I into their total rewards strategies.
“Leah has always combined her internal communication expertise with her passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace,” said Jill Spielberger, Managing Director, U.S. Communications & Engagement at Gallagher. “She cares deeply about the wellbeing of her colleagues and clients, and truly understands the importance of creating a place where all people can thrive, grow, and feel like they belong.”
Reynolds will be celebrated alongside other accomplished women at the Top Women in Communications Awards Luncheon, which will take place on February 29, 2024 at the City Winery in New York City.
“Our congratulations to Leah Reynolds,” said Brendan Gannon, Senior Marketing Manager for Ragan’s and PR Daily’s Awards programs. “This well-deserved recognition highlights Reynolds’ dedication, expertise, and impact on the communications industry.”
