NEW YORK, Oct 29, 2018 – Buck, an integrated HR and benefits consulting, administration, and technology services firm, today announced that Steve Coco has been appointed Chief Solutions Officer to lead strategic initiatives that drive client-centric innovation globally.
In his new role, Coco will focus on maximizing clients’ business outcomes by introducing new strategic consulting solutions and technology strategies that transform the HR experience. The Solutions organization that he oversees will develop and present new offerings to the market that anticipate client needs, create Buck’s innovation and technology client roadmaps, and establish new strategic partnerships.
Previously, Coco served as General Manager of Conduent HRS Consulting, the business now known as Buck. While in this role, he managed the business through a successful divestiture process. Earlier in his career, he held consulting and executive management roles at Intellilink and Dextrys.
