Buck appoints Arthur Noonan as Wealth Practice Leader, Central Region

NEW YORK, April 5, 2019 – Buck, an integrated HR and benefits consulting, administration, and technology services firm, today announced that Arthur Noonan, a 35+ year industry veteran, has been appointed Wealth Practice Leader, Central Region.

He will oversee the delivery of wealth services to Buck’s clients in the Central region, ensuring that consultants and clients are properly aligned with the right resources to deliver high quality results.

An experienced retirement leader, Noonan has a proven ability to manage complex projects, helping clients map their business strategy to employee benefits, including plan redesign, executive benefits, early retirement windows, acquisition due diligence, divesture assistance, splitting and merging plans, plan terminations, cash outs, and annuity buyouts. He also has a demonstrated a track record of delivering valuable guidance to clients in non-traditional areas, including the treatment of benefits and liabilities during M&A and IPO situations.
